So today I was out on my bike, riding around in the middle of nowhere admiring the countryside. I came across this small building in the middle of a field and decided it would be funny if the door was unlocked... And it was
Unfortunately I didn't have my camera with me (always carry a camera around with you!) but I managed to snap a few pictures with my phone. Pretty shitty and blurry, but check it out. Inside was this huge pump, which I assume would pump water up from the ground or something. There's a reservoir nearby so it might come from there.
Here's a shot from another angle. A bit blurry - using a phone as a camera is shit.
And finally another shot focusing on this part of the pump. If someone knows what all this does then it would be cool to know
On the wall was a meter with a bunch of cool buttons on. I resisted the urge to touch anything, but it looked pretty sweet.

On the floor was this disc. Heavy metal!
On the opposite wall, there was a pressure gauge. Pretty obvious what this is for, but it was hard as hell to take a steady picture of it with my phone
Sorry for the blur, once again.
I found a notepad which was used yesterday... I guess the person responsible for keeping an eye on the pressure gauges must have forgotten to lock up
Either that, or he just didn't expect anyone to come across the building. I was considering writing something in the book but I decided not to leave any traces of entry in case I ever want to go back there, as he might start locking up.
Anyway, that's all I've got. It wasn't particularly great because it wasn't planned at all, and I didn't bring my camera. Oh well, hopefully I won't make that mistake in the future
