Will there be an Intro forum?

You see, back on zoklet, I was sort of like that old man with a blue vest who stood insignificantly by the Wal Mart doorway telling every customer coming through the entrance to have a great shopping experience.

Except I told them to fuck off.

I feel the need to haze some new arrivals, so is there anywhere they can post so I can tell them to fuck off?

    If they need to introduce themselves they can do it in sg, but why incourage it.

    no need in my opinion. zoklet did a few things right (having a trading forum for example), but the intro board is pretty stale.

    just post in SG. thats what socialising is all about

    Introducing yourself is not the Totse way.

    A true totsean just kicks the door in and starts throwing molotovs around.

    Nah, what would happen was the said newcomer totsean would kick the door open above with molotovs in hand, and be met with a barrage of flaming insults and ninja stars tipped with DMT tainted daggers and poison darts.

    Just use the welcome thread. Every new user will post in a welcome thread like in all communities. I post on a fashion forum and they have one thread for it. It just works. No need to create another section for it.

    Make it sticky in SG and new users will introduce themselves. Since it's Vbull we don't have to worry about pages.

    Anyway, yeah we shouldn't have an introductions forum. That's not really the totse way. We should get to know people from their posts instead.

    Sort of like a good book. You don't want to know all about the character in some descriptive paragraph at the beginning. You learn who they are as the story goes on.
