I thought, "What kind of science doesn't use any data at all?" Would even the purest, most abstract logicians be able to operate without any kind of data at all? The Science of the Void?
You'd think so, at the least you'd have to be able to reduce it to something being either "true" or "false", unless maybe it was in some sort of ever-fluctuating state where there "isn't data" because while there is data there's no way of measuring it.
