Using Blosxom instead of WordPress.

Onesan from IRC recommended that we should use Blosxom instead of WordPress. According to him, it's fast and doesn't put load on the Server. Bordic from IRC said we should move to his Data center where can get better hosting as well. Both of these offers are pretty nice, but right now the only thing we can do is use blosxom. It's customizable and can be hacked into doing other things. Since we haven't migrated or converted any files, we can easily switch as well.

So, I propose, we ditch WordPress and try Blosxom. For details:

This blog does create static pages which are good for Google ranking.

Sounds like a brilliant idea! If it will sort out our current problems and make this place better, then fuck yeah, lets do it.

Okay, I just take a quick look on it and seems legit

How do you set the permalink setting on wordpress blog ? I tried but couldnt find the strring to set it.

Anyone ???
