Error with registerring

If you want people to actually come here, this is preventing a good chunk, if not most, from registering. Clicking on "register" from within the BBS brings you to the wrong page (a .php.htm page). Deleting the appended htm from the url solves this, but a lot of people won't think of that.

Also, society and technology tags are broken.

There's two of them. There's one within the BBS. If you look to the top left, right now, you'll see it. On other parts of the site, it works just fine.

Try logging out and clicking the register button on the BBS. It doesn't work.
