after a few years of smoking, my teeth are a few shades darker then that I would prefer. Any way to correct this without using abrasives? I'm thinking more along the lines of a certain toothpaste ..
Whenever my teeth turn a different color (usually to not brushing enough), I just up my game and brush with a good quality expensive toothpaste, and use listerine mouthwash afterwards.
i remember fanglekai mentioned alcohol in mouthwash should be avoided, is listerine an okay brand to buy?
First I've heard of this, but I dunno.
Listerine seems to really do the job for me. I went to the dentist yesterday and had an Xray (I'm getting wisdom teeth coming through), and they showed me the rest of my mouth too. There was absolutely NO plaque build up whatsoever, and my teeth are pretty much all perfect

Baking soda.
Hydrogen peroxide.
Or like the dentist's do, use sodium percarbonate (oxiclean) and UV light.

I guess it really does work.
They seriously use oxiclean for whitening teeth?
