What's your favorite? I'd have to say either The Machinist or Memento. Both of those are great movies and don't lack in the mindfucking department. Jacob's Ladder is probably the most fucked up movie I've ever seen though.
Fight Club, The Prestige, The illusionist and The sixth sense had some really good twist endings that fucked my mind pretty hard.
The sixth sense was really good. My only problem was how did Bruce Willis not realize he was dead sooner. He didn't find it strange that nobody but a little kid would acknowledge his existence? This did make for a good twist though.
I did not enjoy Shutter Island for some reason, it was kind of cheesy. American History X, had a pretty good twist but not really a mind fuck. Donnie Darko was kind of a mind fuck for me. Most of the movies i was thinking of were already said.

Maybe its because I was stoned and drunk when I watched it that I didn't see the twist coming. A lot of people say it was extremely obvious.

Another Darren Aronofsky film 'The Fountain' comes to mind aswell.
I just recently watched Michael Clayton and it had me thinking WTF the whole time.
I thought shutter Island was great. Very underrated movie by the critics imo.

My only problem with the village is that for me it marked the beginning of m night shyamalan's downward spiral of shitty ass movies.
