director for the amount listed above. Please do not sent cash. Vouchers
will be accepted in lieu of checks/money orders, but no refunds will be
given for vouchers. If the cost is not listed above, contact the Director
of that school for more information.

should be retained for your reference.
Comments or concerns regarding any Academy School or Director must be made
in writing ONLY to the Director of Starfleet Academy. Please include an
SASE if you are requesting a reply.
STARFLEET ACADEMY APPLICATION INFORMATION
Starfleet Academy courses are open to Starfleet members only.
No information will be given out on any new Academy School until the program
is officially open.
Any degree obtained from any completed Starfleet Academy course is strictly
ficticious and SHOULD NOT be considered as an authentic degree.
Starfleet Academy has no authority to recommend promotions upon course
completion. All promotions are at the discretion of your Commanding
Officer.
Starfleet does not recognize personna names, therefore, use only your
real name on the Starfleet Academy application.
For all Starfleet Academy courses, a maximum of 10 weeks per course is
allowed for completion. Please don't take more courses than you can handle.
All tests are invalid after 6 months.
Please fill out only one application per school you wish to attend. Schools
marked with an asterisk (*) require a secondary application which will be mailed
to you upon enrollment.
