Backtracm VMWare and Windows IP conflict

I use Backtrack 4 on my Windows 7 machine under VMWare. It's great except for the fact the IP address is different. My Windows box and Backtrack image are on 2 completely different subnect which is pretty shit (seeing as I can't have 2 machines running on the same IP).
Any ideas on how I could sort this out? I was tempted to just burn Backtrack to a DVD and use it on the fly, but I like to make changes and edit things to suit my needs. I will post more info when I can but I'm going out now. Just wondered if anyone had any suggestions. trx, I'm looking at j00!
