Like so what is there to do apart from smoke myself silly and get some ho's?

    Check out the scenery and general culture, if you're into that stuff.

    Other than that, buy cheap booze, smoke moar, and see the red light district. Also if you're gay, there are a load of museums.

    I could rent a boat and tour the canals.

    Do they have laws about operating boats when baked as shit?

    I think they'd let it slide.

    Grab a guide book, go to The Works and they have a section on travel guides and they generall are below £3..

    Definately, a guidebook would be handy. Also, if you want to go boating, why not get out of the Dam and go north to Friesland, lots of little lakes and canals everywhere, I was there in the spring and the tulip fields were amazing.
