everyone seems to love nachos.. Ive never been a fan
I usually don't make them, but when I do, I want them to be spicy hot. I was going to add a diced yukon gold potato fried in Spanish olive oil but I didn't feel like it. I haven't made nachos in forever. Mayberry gave me the idea. :hai:
Looks great. I'l get the ingredients sometime this week. I like spicy food, but not too spicy. Although if you want killer spicy get some pure capsaicin.

Thanks for the credit
I just said "Make nachos" Good recipe too, my mouth is already watering.
I tried making these today but i left out a few ingredients because i didn't want to run all around to get them. It came out really fucking good though
It's a really simple recipe if you have the spices on hand. Meat + beans + cheese + peppers + chips = nachos. I just like to add some extra spices for more flavor. I'm glad you liked them.
Another variation is to use refried beans, sour cream and cream cheese all mixed together, and to keep it separate from the meat. I like cooking everything together as it's easier for me to do with one skillet. One pot slop nachos!
For more heat, add a habanero or some hotter hot sauce. I don't like eating stuff that spicy if I have to work the next day, so I kept mine toned down.
