Edit: Well, I'm assuming that you got the burn from doing something that your work requires. If you just spilled some hot coffee you were drinking or something, it's a different story.
Reminds me of when one of my friend got really bad burns on their hand.
We were smoking in my cousins old room upstairs while some family shit was going on downstairs. Unfortunately before he left my cousin had decided to take apart a firework and left the ashtray filled with gunpowder.
My friend stubbed out a cigarette in it and there was a big bang and then the smell of burnt flesh. They got 2nd degree burns all over their hands and got burns afterwards from the gunpowder melted into the skin.
But oh yeah don't pop it, you'll end up with nasty scarring and possibly a loss of sensation in that part of your hand.

I don't remember where, but I read that pissing on your hands makes your palm thicker and rougher. Might get rid of the blister.
People have made millions from less than that.

I can still play but it is uncomfortable. If I try to bar anything or reach to press a string it gets pressed hard and feels like its going to pop.
