Of all the things I was expecting to read here tonight, it wasn't this. I remember all the times I planned for this kind if thing. But for once, cowardice has it's benefits. If you can carry this through, I suppose I have to be a little proud. It takes a lot of commitment, so well done. At the same time. It's a shame. Not…
I thought it was banned with passengers already. Along with that whole no smoking in enclosed workspaces drama they had a few years back. Still, it doesn't really affect me. I shall continue to not care.
January 16 2031...I kind of figured I'd live past 36. Oh well. If I change sadistic to normal I gain 37 years....interesting. Why is it worse to be sadistic than pessimistic?
In all the time left in the universe, Valve haven't moved past Left 4 Dead 2...seems about right. Now that my painfully bad joke is out of the way, that was odd...and interesting I suppose....mainly just odd
Odd indeed, still I have no experience with fiction, so I shall frolic onwards while searching feverishly for your blog....just in case. Going back to HGMIV, well if your non-fiction is your strong point, I stick by my advice, approach local publications (newspapers, newsletters, magazines and the like...some places even…
I found myself wheezing with laughter...I'd have probably laughed louder, but I'm wearing headphones and I'd probably seem a little mad. Now to continue quietly wishing it were real.
I write for my school magazine....so I have almost no help to offer. However, you could try approaching local newspapers with a short story, or whatever it is that you write, and asking if they want to publish it. Chances are you won't make anything out of that but it can help you get established. In fact that might be the…
Of all the ways to die, I think burning might be one of the least pleasant to contemplate. That and drowning...suffocation in general actually. In fact I hope I get vaporised after being shot into the sun, while heavily anesthetised of course. This guy was clearly very unlucky. It does make you wonder what the reason…
I have never seen an example of astrology that didn't just give cold readings and pass them off as a calculable result. I regard it like I regard mediums. Sometimes they appear surprisingly accurate but if you think about it there isn't a lot of substance.
I shall apply the arcane techniques of not shitting yourself before a drama exam (I assume they apply here). The obvious thing is breathing as people have already said, it's not just about breathing deeply, it's about controlling that breath absolutely. Count it off if you have to just slow it down. Something that can go…
Oh dear, it appears as though someone is spouting poorly remembered reasoning they picked up from their parents. There's no way to argue with them properly, may as well throw insults at his mother and call it a day. Or swap sides and make Obama sound even better, to the point where everyone just thinks he's trolling.
As did I, the message seems to be "Maintain a decent work ethic, refrain from fucking your co-workers and ignore the death of your wife. Then save the world." That being said, I still liked it.
I am relatively certain (to a disappointing degree) that I could present this information to a good half of my year (16-17 years old, doing AS levels right now) and the word "equiliberal" would confuse them so much that they would except it as gospel truth. Even he ones doing physics and chemistry with me. Excuse me while…
Might be worth a look when I'm writing my articles. Those keyboard sounds were horribly annoying....at least I can just mute my headphones......in fact it's a bit of a moot point since I hate listening to anything when I write.
Physics doesn't do this. If it created motion without reaction, it would presumably fall through any supporting matter, which it doesn't, because of course, it's not true.
And my ignorance suddenly appears painful. So it was filmed on an enormous movie style camera? (I remember hearing they record at around 4x1080, so that fits) Still, at least it's given me something to learn and it's still a nice clip.
South Korea looks like it's covered in semen. Am I the only one who has never heard of Earth hour? Still maybe I'll mention it when I feel like pissing people off in an unnecessary argument.
It's beautiful man. I have a question though, if it's shot at 5096 frames a second (I'm assuming that's what it meant), how fast are those birds flapping? Is there something I'm missing, are they showing a slightly less smoothed, sped up version of the footage? Anything?
I took some notice when it was first mentioned in PCZone, but after it started to gain more publicity, it showed itself to be completely generic and I couldn't be bothered to pay attention. I watched a playthrough on youtube and it more or less confirmed my suspicions. So, yeah, I don't think it looks all that interesting.
Discipline is good and therefore we shall discipline our children. Fuck, I wish everyone did, so we didn't have to sit through crying brats bawling their eyes out on a train. Yeah, keep it up...admittedly, the piss wasn't as far as I was taken as a child....maybe your son is just weak.
I love it when they make the industry look like it's progressed in the last 15 years. These arseholes aren't going to help us make gaming look like a credible pass-time.
It is an issue. But that's what you get for having a major base of operations in Luton. Maybe the increased media coverage of late will draw more intelligent leadership to the movement. I doubt it though.
