Did you give it a few swirls to try and kick it off? Did you peel your lie it the solvent to avoid depletion? Is your sodium hydroxide crystals? I would add a half a cap of water and if that doesn't do the trick i really don't know what's up. Is shellite a type of np solvent? We don't have that here.
